Summer Tatum-Montgomery

Miss Summer Cee Tatum-Montgomery, 7 ½ pounds, 20 inches, was born on Thursday, October 30, 2014 and passed away the same day at Piedmont Henry Hospital in Stockbridge, GA.

Miss Tatum-Montgomery’s family includes her parents Chelsea Cee Tatum and Terry Montgomery, Jr.; grandparents Tammy and Jason Schlager, Ron and Maria Tatum, Christie and Chris Krukoski, and Terry Montgomery, Sr.; great-grandparents Wanda Tatum, Nan and Dave Schlager, Brenda Montgomery, Gary Montgomery and Melodie Loggins; aunt Brianna Montgomery and uncles Ryan Schlager and Noah Montgomery.

Graveside funeral services for Miss Summer Cee Tatum-Montgomery will be conducted on Monday, November 3, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery, 566 Mt. Vernon Baptist Church Road, Jackson, GA 30233. Pastor Mike Saffels will officiate.
