Mrs. Susie Lawson, age 70, of Griffin, GA, passed away Friday, October 3, 2014 at Spalding Regional Hospital. Mrs. Lawson was born in Thomaston, GA on October 25, 1943. She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Evans.
Survivors include her husband of 29 years, Tommy Lawson, mother, Mary Evans Quick; daughter, Kathy Lawson; son, David Lawson; and sister Jimmie Jeffcoat.
A graveside funeral service for Mrs. Susie Lawson will be held on Sunday, October 5, 2014 at 2 p.m. in Westwood Gardens. Pastor Joshua Hale will officiate. Interment will follow at Westwood Gardens. Friends may visit the family on Saturday evening from 6 – 8 p.m.at the funeral home.
