Ms. Toni Esther Chancey 65, of Woodbine passed away early Thursday morning, March 11th, 2010 at Hospice of the Golden Isle in Brunswick.
Ms. Chancey is a native of Duval County, Florida. She was born in Jacksonville on December 7th, 1944 and is the daughter of the late Lonnie Loutton Hagins and the late Effie Esther Massey Baker. Her family would like all to know that their Mom was a loving, caring and devoted best friend and parent. As a healthcare provider she showed caring compassion and gave it away to so many. Her smile was worth a million and her kindness touched many lives. She will be missed by all who crossed her path in life.
Ms. Chancey is survived by her son Greg Dumaop of Woodbine; her daughter Cynthia Moore of woodbine; her grandchildren, Greg Crews, Kelsey Moore, Airiel Dumaop, Korey Taylor, Nicholas Dumaop, Joshua Daniels, Brittney Daniels, and Reanna Guthrie, and her five great- grandchildren. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Teresa Daniels.
A visitation will be held for an hour prior to the funeral service Sunday, March 14th, 2010. Funeral services will be held in the Wainwright Chapel at the funeral home beginning at 1 PM with Reverend Scotty Langford presiding.
