Mr. Charles “Tony” Anderson, age 56, passed away on the afternoon of Saturday, November 14th, 2020 surrounded by his family in his home in Kingsland, GA.
Mr. Anderson was born on October 20th, 1964 in Cuyahoga Falls, OH to Carolynn Sue Anderson and the late Kentral Anderson.
After graduating high school in Beaumont, TX, Tony moved back to Jacksonville, Florida where he met Dawn Dingess (nee James) and in 1985, he welcomed his oldest daughter Samantha. In 1992 he met his wife Belinda and after many attempts, she finally agreed to marry him. Their blended family was Tony’s pride and joy. He traveled around while working with the radio station WQIK as a Promotion Director and after leaving radio, he later moved onto Project Management with Ring Power. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family as well as watching NASCAR and baseball.
Mr. Anderson is survived by his wife, Belinda Heimbach, of Kingsland, GA.; his children, Samantha (Christopher) Emerick of Clearwater, FL., Crystal Heimbach (Alec Letourneau) of Middleburg, FL., Steven (Amanda) Wilkins of Kingsland, GA, and Adam (Merritt) Wilkins of Jacksonville, FL.; his mother, Carolynn Walker-Marlow of Jacksonville, FL.; his sister, Angel (Troy) Cutshall of Jacksonville, FL.; his brother, Michael (Stacy) Anderson of Callahan, Fl.; his grandchildren, Lola Anderson, Tristan Emerick, Justin Dryden, Sophia Jones, Izabel Jones, and Benjamin Letourneau.; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of Mr. Anderson’s life will be held at 2 pm Saturday, November 21st, 2020 at Fruit Cove Baptist Church, located at 501 State Road 13 Fruit Cove, Fl. 32259. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service. The service will be presided over by Pastor Steve Dorsey.
