Mr. Wiley Clarence Turner, age 70 of Griffin, GA passed away Sunday, February 3, 2013 at Spalding Regional Hospital.
Mr. Turner was born in Williamson, Georgia on January 23, 1943 to the late Walter Clarence Turner, Jr. and Emma Lou Hardy Turner. He worked for Briggs and Stratton Outdoor Power Equipment Division as a robotic welder. Mr. Turner was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He was a member of Teamon Baptist Church.
Survivors include his mother, Emma Lou Hardy Turner; brother and sister-in-law, Robert C. Turner and his wife Joyce Bethune Turner; sister and brother-in-law, Emily James-Lesser and Reverend Art Lesser III; nephews, Robert C. Turner, Jr. and wife Janet, Christopher Lee Turner and Michael Todd James and wife Nicole; great- niece, Kandace; and great-nephews, Bobby, Ryan, Kyle, Dustin and Devin.
