Mr. Willie Etheridge, age 62, of Williamson, GA, passed away on Wednesday, February 18, 2015, at Spalding Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Etheridge was born on August 2, 1952, in McDonough, Georgia, to the late Willie Etheridge, Sr. and the late Emma Mae George. He was an avid fisherman.
Survivors include his wife, Delores Etheridge; step-daughter Sandra Whitehead; grandson, Michael McCord; great grandchildren, Niamaja Dallas and Janiya Foster; sister Josephine Ponder; brothers, Virgil L. Etheridge and Jessie Etheridge; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services for Mr. Willie Etheridge will be held Monday, February 23, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., at Macedonia Baptist Church in Griffin. Interment will follow in Griffin Memorial Gardens. Friends and family are invited to visit with the family on Sunday, February 22, 2015, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
