Willie Merrier

Mr. Willie Carroll Merrier, age 82, passed away on the evening of Tuesday, April 1", 2025 at his home in Woodbine, Ga.

Mr. Merrier was born on March 22nd, 1943 in Willacoochee, Ga. to the late Joseph and Martha Merrier.

Mr. Merrier is survived by his wife of 28 vears, Deborah "Debbie" Merrier of Woodbine, Ga.; his children, Steve Merrier of Toccoa, Ga., Kim (Gray) Williams of Hudson, NC., Joey (Marsha) Merrier of Kingsland, Ga., Carol Ann (Tommy) Fowler of Elijay, Ga., Royal (Witne) Walker, III of Woodbine, Ga., Kristy (Michael) Shannon of St. Marys, Ga., and Misty (Dennis) Soldatos of Palm Coast, Fl.; his fur babies, Precious and Misty Merrier of Woodbine, Ga.; his brother, Frank Lindsey Lee of Abbeville, SC; his numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren and his nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Besides his parents, Mr. Merrier was preceded in passing by his son, David Strickland, siblings, Martha Bell Dillingham, James Alton Lee, Henry Pascal Merrier and Ethel Mae Jones.

Memorial Services will be held privately by the family at a later date.
