Zandra "Teasa" Crawford

November 14, 1969 — April 7, 2014

Mrs. Zandra Letita Cloud-Crawford was born the youngest daughter to Georgia Mae Cloud and the late Frankie Lee Darden on November 14, 1969 in Locust Grove, GA. She is a proud graduate of the Henry County High School Class of 1988. Zandra later moved to Griffin, GA where she began to meet many people and never missed an opportunity to be helpful to others. She was well-loved in her community and wanted everyone else to enjoy the goodness of God.

On June 27, 1992, Zandra married the love of her life, Larry Donnell Crawford, Jr. She was very proud of the family she and her husband raised. Most of her proudest moments were of their three, beautiful daughters (Lovely’s/Hot’s Angels) and two grandchildren (Nappy Head and Pooh). She cherished precious times spent with her “handsome hubby” and her BFF, Keyesa Colvin-Williams (Darren) on vacations. Countless, memorable times revolved around cooking for and entertaining her family.

“Teasa” was an AMAZING woman who REALLY loved her “AWESOME GOD!” She purposed to praise/worship Him each day and especially early on Sunday mornings with her Rising Star Baptist Church family under the anointed leadership of Pastor Gerod Duff. She stood out and up for Christ during services as she radiated with her dazzling smile and big, bright, sparkling eyes. She worked tirelessly to train her children in the right way to go and fervently prayed that they will not depart from The Word of God as they travel through life. She lived to please her husband, “Hot Sauce.” According to Proverbs 12:4, “Teasa”, a virtuous woman, was a crown to her husband. Proverbs 31 proclaimed “Hot Sauce” respected in the City of Griffin. Also Proverbs 31 confirms that he and their children called her blessed. He too praised her. Proverbs 31 concludes that “Teasa” receive the reward that she has so faithfully earned.

“Lovely” took special joy in being a personal Caregiver to her family members, many adopted children, and friends making sure that they wanted for nothing. Professionally, her Anointed Health-Care Ministry for the sick, elderly, disabled, lonely, and terminally ill was always in high demand. She knew God’s plan to prosper her life in order for her to be a blessing to others. “Lovely” did just that until her divine appointment came on Monday, April 7, 2014 at 5:46 p.m. with her “AWESOME GOD” to relocate from her earthly home to her heavenly home. Truly, earth has no sorrow that heaven can’t heal. Therefore, to God be the Glory for “Lovely’s” divine healing because she’s certainly changed her zip code from 30223 to (heavenly, heavenly, heavenly, heavenly, heavenly) home!

She leaves to embrace her forever memories her Beloved Mother, Georgia Mae Cloud of Forest Park, GA; her “FULLY COMMITTED HUBBY”, Larry Donnell (Hot Sauce) Crawford, Jr. of Griffin, GA; three daughters, Adesia Monique Cloud (Tweet) of Jonesboro, GA; Akesia Monae Cloud (Fuzzy) of Canton, GA; and Angel Nicole Crawford (AC) of Tuskegee, Alabama: two grandchildren, Princess Jersiyah Penn (Pooh) and A’Zion Lawrence Mattadeen (Nappy Head) of Jonesboro, GA: a Dedicated Mother-in-Law, Carolyn Crawford of Griffin, GA; a Very Supportive Father-in-Law, Larry Donnell Crawford, Sr. of Griffin, GA: two sisters, Joyce (James) Cleveland of Forest Park, GA and Mary Ann Berry Cloud of Griffin, GA: three brothers, Willie George Cloud and Tony Cloud of Griffin, GA; Darrell (Rosemary)Cloud of Ellenwood, GA: two sister-in-laws, Tamika Crawford and Shantell Crawford of Griffin, GA: three brother-in-laws, Marcus (Milicent) Crawford, Felix (Carol Ann) Crawford, and Frederick (Jaqueline) Crawford all of Griffin, GA: two step-sisters; Sherry Dennison and Freida Darden/three step-brothers; Jerome Darden, Keith Darden and Frankie Lee Darden, Jr. all of Atlanta, GA: BFF, Keyesa Colvin (Darren) Williams of Morrow, GA: a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and Friends from Georgia to Florida to Alabama to New York.
